ସହେିବର୍ଷ ସମାନେେ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲୀୟଙ୍କୁ ବିନାଶ ଓ ଅତ୍ଯାଗ୍ଭର କଲେ। ଅଠର ବର୍ଷ ପର୍ୟ୍ଯନ୍ତ, ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲମାନେ ଯେଉଁମାନେ କି ୟର୍ଦ୍ଦନ ନଦୀର ଅନ୍ୟ ପାଶର୍ବ ରେ ଗିଲିଯଦର ଅଞ୍ଚଳ ରେ ବାସ କଲେ ଏବଂ ସମାନଙ୍କେ ସକାେଶ କଷ୍ଟ ଭୋଗ କଲେ। ସହେି ଦେଶ ଯେଉଁଠା ରେ ଅ ମାରେୀତ୍ ବାସ କରୁଥିଲେ।
