ସେ ସମୟର ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କର ଜଣେ ରାଜା ନ ଥିଲେ। ତେଣୁ ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକ ବ୍ଯକ୍ତି ଯାହା ସମାନଙ୍କେ ପାଇଁ ଠିକ୍ ମଣକ୍ସ୍ଟଥିଲେ ତାହା କରୁଥିଲେ।
