Leviticus 8:14
ତା'ପରେ ମାଶାେ ପାପାର୍ଥକ ବଳିର ଗୋବତ୍ସ ଆଣିଲେ। ତା'ପରେ ହାରୋଣ ଓ ତାଙ୍କର ପୁତ୍ରଗଣ ସହେି ପାପାର୍ଥକ ବଳିର ଗୋବତ୍ସ ମସ୍ତକ ଉପରେ ହସ୍ତ ରଖିଲେ।

Romans 8:3
ଆମ୍ଭର ପାପପୂର୍ଣ ସ୍ବଭାବ ଦ୍ବରା ବ୍ଯବସ୍ଥା ଶକ୍ତି ହୀନ ହାଇପୋ ରେ। କିନ୍ତୁ ବ୍ଯବସ୍ଥା ଯାହା କରି ପାରି ନଥିଲା, ତାହା ପରମେଶ୍ବର କଲେ। ପରମେଶ୍ବର ନିଜ ପୁତ୍ରକୁ ସଇେ ମାନବ ଶରୀର ପ୍ରଦାନ କରି ପୃଥିବୀକୁ ପଠାଇଲେ, ଯେଉଁ ଶରୀରକୁ ଅନ୍ୟମାନେ ପାପ କାମ ରେ ଲଗାନ୍ତି। ପାପର ପ୍ରାୟଶ୍ଚିତ୍ତ ପାଇଁ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ତାହାଙ୍କ ପୁତ୍ରଙ୍କୁ ପଠାଇଲେ। ସେଥିପାଇଁ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ପାପକୁ ବିନାଶ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ମାନବ ଶରୀରକୁ ବ୍ଯବହାର କଲେ।
Isaiah 53:10

Psalm 66:15
ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ମାଂସାଳ ପଶୁମାନଙ୍କୁ ପାପାର୍ଥକବଳି ଆକାରରେ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିବି। ମୁଁ ମଷେ ସହିତ ସମାନଙ୍କେର ସୁଗନ୍ଧି ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିବି। ମୁଁ ଛାଗ ସଙ୍ଗେ ବୃଷ ବଳିଦାନ କରିବି।

ପୁଣି ହାରୋଣ ସହେି ଜିଅନ୍ତା ଛାଗର ମସ୍ତକରେ ଆପଣା ଦୁଇହସ୍ତ ରଖି ତାହା ଉପରେ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲ ସନ୍ତାନଗଣର ସମସ୍ତ ଅପରାଧ, ସମସ୍ତ ଅଧର୍ମ ଓ ସମସ୍ତ ପାପ ସ୍ବୀକାର କରିବ। ଆଉ ତାହା ସବୁ ସହେି ଛାଗର ମସ୍ତକରେ ଅର୍ପଣ କରି ପୂର୍ବରୁ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ଥିବା ଲୋକ ହସ୍ତ ରେ ତାହାକୁ ମହୁଭୁମିକୁ ପଠାଇ ଦବେ।
Leviticus 16:6
ତା'ପରେ ହାରୋଣ ନିଜ ପାଇଁ ଗୋବତ୍ସକୁ ପାପାର୍ଥକ ବଳିରୂପେ ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରିବ। ସେ ନିଜକୁ ଓ ନିଜ ପରିବାରକୁ ଏଥି ରେ ପ୍ରାଯଶ୍ଚିତ କରିବ।

ତୁମ୍ଭେ ହାରୋଣଙ୍କୁ ଓ ତାଙ୍କ ସହିତ ତାଙ୍କର ପୁତ୍ରଗଣଙ୍କୁ, ସକଳ ବସ୍ତ୍ର, ଅଭିଷକୋର୍ଥକ ତୈଳ, ପାପାର୍ଥକ ବଳି ନିମନ୍ତେ ଷଣ୍ଢ, ଦୁଇଟି ମଷେଛୁଆ ଓ ତାଡିଶୂନ୍ଯ ରୋଟୀର ଡାଲା ଏକତ୍ରୀତ କର।
Leviticus 4:3
ଯଦି ଅଭିଷିକ୍ତ ଯାଜକ ପାପ କରେ ଏବଂ ଦେଶ ପାଇଁ ଦୋଷ ଆଣେ, ସେ ଗୋଟିଏ ନିଖୁଣ ବାଛୁରୀ ବଳିଦାନ କରିବ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ସମ୍ମୁଖ ରେ ତାହା ପାପାର୍ଥକ ବଳିରୂପେ ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରିବା ଉଚିତ୍।
Leviticus 1:4
ପୁଣି ସେ ହାମବେଳିର ମସ୍ତକରେ ଆପଣା ହସ୍ତ ରଖିବ। ତାହାହେଲେ ସହେି ବଳି ତାହାର ପ୍ରାଯଶ୍ଚିତ ରୂପେ ଗ୍ରାହ୍ଯ ହବେ।
Exodus 29:10
ତା'ପରେ ସହେି ବାଛୁରୀକୁ ସମାଗମ ତମ୍ବୁ ନିକଟକୁ ଆଣ। ହାରୋଣ ଏବଂ ତା'ର ପୁତ୍ରମାନେ ସହେି ଗୋବତ୍ସ ମସ୍ତକରେ ହାତ ରଖିବେ।
