କେତକେ ଲୋକ ଭାବୁଥିଲେ ଯେ ସମାନେେ ବହୁତ ଭଲ ଅଟନ୍ତି। ସମାନେେ ନିଜେ ଅନ୍ୟମାନଙ୍କ ଅପେକ୍ଷା ବହୁତ ଭଲ ହାଇେଥିବା ଭଳି ବ୍ଯବହାର କରୁଥିଲେ। ଯୀଶୁ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ଉପଦେଶ ଦବୋପାଇଁ ଏହି ଦୃଷ୍ଟାନ୍ତ କହିଲେ:
