କିନ୍ତୁ ଆମ୍ଭେ ଯଦି କହିବା, ' ଯୋହନଙ୍କ ବାପ୍ତିସ୍ମ ମଣିଷଠାରୁ ଆସିଥିଲା,' ତବେେ ସବୁ ଲୋକ ଆମ୍ଭ ଉପରକୁ ଟକୋପଥର ଫିଙ୍ଗି ଆମ୍ଭକୁ ଜୀବନ ରେ ମାରି ଦବେେ। କାରଣ ସମାନେେ ଯୋହନଙ୍କୁ ଭବିଷ୍ଯଦ୍ବକ୍ତା ରୂପେ ବିଶ୍ବାସ କରନ୍ତି।
