Numbers 30 - YLT (Oriya)

1 And Moses speaketh unto the heads of the tribes of the sons of Israel, saying, `This `is' the thing which Jehovah hath commanded:ଅନନ୍ତର ମାଶାେ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲ ପରିବାର ବର୍ଗଗୁଡିକରେ ପ୍ରଧାନବର୍ଗଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଏହି ଆଜ୍ଞା ଦଇେଅଛନ୍ତି।

2 `When a man voweth a vow to Jehovah, or hath sworn an oath to bind a bond on his soul, he doth not pollute his word; according to all that is going out from his mouth he doth.କୌଣସି ପୁରୁଷ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ଯ ରେ ପ୍ରତିଜ୍ଞା କରେ କିମ୍ବା ବ୍ରତଦ୍ବାରା ଆପଣା ପ୍ରାଣକୁ ଆବଦ୍ଧ କରିବାପାଇଁ ଶପଥ କଲେ, ତବେେ ସେ ଆପଣା ବାକ୍ଯ ଲଘଂନ କରିବ ନାହିଁ, ସେ ମୁଖନିଃସୃତ ବାକ୍ଯ ଅନୁସାରେ ସମସ୍ତ ସାଧନ କରିବ।

3 `And when a woman voweth a vow to Jehovah, and hath bound a bond in the house of her father in her youth,ଆଉ ମଧ୍ଯ କୌଣସି ୟୁବତୀ ନିଜ ପିତୃଗୃହ ରେ ଥିବା ସମୟରେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ଯ ରେ ଯଦି ପ୍ରତିଜ୍ଞା କରେ ଓ ବ୍ରତଦ୍ବାରା ନିଜକୁ ଆବଦ୍ଧ କରେ,

4 and her father hath heard her vow, and her bond which she hath bound on her soul, and her father hath kept silent at her, then have all her vows been established, and every bond which she hath bound on her soul is established.ଯଦି ତା'ର ପିତା, ସେ ପ୍ରତିଜ୍ଞା କରିଥିବା ବିରୋଧ ନକରେ କିମ୍ବା ତା'ର ସବୁ ଶପଥ ଓ ପ୍ରତିଜ୍ଞା କରିଥିବା ଏହା ପାଳନ କରାୟିବ।

5 `And if her father hath disallowed her in the day of his hearing, none of her vows and her bonds which she hath bound on her soul is established, and Jehovah is propitious to her, for her father hath disallowed her.ଯଦି ତା'ର ପିତା, ସେ କରିଥିବା ପ୍ରତିଜ୍ଞା ଓ ଶପଥ ପାଇଁ ଆପତ୍ତି କରେ, ସଗେୁଡିକ ପାଳନ କରାୟିବ ନାହିଁ। ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତାକୁ କ୍ଷମା କରି ଦବେେ, ଯେ ହତେୁ ତା'ର ପିତା ତାକୁ ଏହା କରିବା ପାଇ ମନା କଲେ।

6 `And if she be at all to a husband, and her vows `are' on her, or a wrongful utterance `on' her lips, which she hath bound on her soul, ସେ ଶପଥ କିମ୍ବା ଅସାବଧାନ ପ୍ରତିଜ୍ଞା କଲାପରେ ସେ ହୁଏତ କାହାକୁ ବିବାହ କରିପା ରେ।

7 and her husband hath heard, and in the day of his hearing, he hath kept silent at her, then have her vows been established, and her bonds which she hath bound on her soul are established.ପୁଣି ତା'ର ସ୍ବାମୀ ତାହା ଶୁଣି କୌଣସି ଅଭିଯୋଗ ନକରେ, ତବେେ ତା'ର ପ୍ରତିଜ୍ଞା ପାଳନ ହବେ ଓ ସେ କରିଥିବା ଶପଥ ପାଳନ କରାୟିବ।

8 `And if in the day of her husband's hearing he disalloweth her, then he hath broken her vow which `is' on her, and the wrongful utterance of her lips which she hath bound on her soul, and Jehovah is propitious to her.ମାତ୍ର ଯଦି ତା'ର ସ୍ବାମୀ ଏ ବିଷଯ ରେ ଶୁଣେ ଓ ତାହାକୁ ତା'ର ପ୍ରତିଜ୍ଞା ତା'କୁ ପାଳନ କରିବାକୁ ବାରଣ କରେ, ତବେେ କରାୟାଇଥିବା ପ୍ରତିଜ୍ଞା ବାତିଲ ହୁଏ ଓ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଏଥିପାଇଁ ତାକୁ କ୍ଷମା କରନ୍ତି।

9 `As to the vow of a widow or cast-out woman, all that she hath bound on her soul is established on her.ମାତ୍ର ବିଧବା କି ସ୍ବାମୀ ପରିତ୍ଯକ୍ତା ସ୍ତ୍ରୀ ମାନତ କଲେ, ସେ ଯେ କୌଣସି ବିଷଯ ରେ ଆପଣା ପ୍ରାଣକୁ ଆବଦ୍ଧ କରିଅଛି ସେ ତାହା କରିବା ଅନୁସାରେ ପୂରଣ କରିବ।

10 `And if `in' the house of her husband she hath vowed, or hath bound a bond on her soul with an oath,କିନ୍ତୁ ଜଣେ ବିବାହିତ ସ୍ତ୍ରୀ ହୁଏତ ପ୍ରତିଜ୍ଞା କରିପା ରେ କିମ୍ବା କିଛି ଶପଥରେ ନିଜକୁ ବାନ୍ଧି ପା ରେ।

11 and her husband hath heard, and hath kept silent at her -- he hath not disallowed her -- then have all her vows been established, and every bond which she hath bound on her soul is established.ପୁଣି ତାହାର ସ୍ବାମୀ ତାହା ଶୁଣି ତାହା ପ୍ରତି ତୁନି ହାଇେ ରହେ ଓ ତାହାକୁ ନିଷଧେ ନକରେ, ତବେେ ତା'ର ସମସ୍ତ ପ୍ରତିଜ୍ଞା ପାଳନ ହବେ, ପୁଣି ସେ ଯେଉଁ ବ୍ରତଦ୍ବାରା ଆପଣା ପ୍ରାଣକୁ ଆବଦ୍ଧ କଲା, ତାହା ସବୁ ପାଳନ ହବେ।

12 `And if her husband doth certainly break them in the day of his hearing, none of the outgoing of her lips concerning her vows, or concerning the bond of her soul, is established -- her husband hath broken them -- and Jehovah is propitious to her.ମାତ୍ର ତା'ର ସ୍ବାମୀ ଯଦି ଶୁଣିବା ପରେ ତାକୁ ଅସ୍ବୀକାର କରେ, ତବେେ ସେ କରିଥିବା ସମସ୍ତ ପ୍ରତିଜ୍ଞା ଓ ନଇେଥିବା ଶପଥସବୁ ବାତିଲ ହାଇଯେିବ। ତା'ର ସ୍ବାମୀ ପ୍ରତିଜ୍ଞା ଭଂଗ କରାଇଲା। ତେଣୁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତାକୁ କ୍ଷମା କରିବେ।

13 `Every vow and every oath -- a bond to humble a soul -- her husband doth establish it, or her husband doth break it;ତାହାର ସ୍ବାମୀ ତାହାର ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକ ମାନତ ଓ ପ୍ରାଣକୁ କ୍ଲେଶ ଦବୋର ପ୍ରତିଜ୍ଞାୟୁକ୍ତ ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକ ଶପଥ ସ୍ଥିର କରିପା ରେ, କିମ୍ବା ତାହା ସ୍ବାମୀ ଭଙ୍ଗ କରିପା ରେ।

14 and if her husband certainly keep silent at her, from day unto day, then he hath established all her vows, or all her bonds which `are' upon her; he hath established them, for he hath kept silent at her in the day of his hearing;ଯଦି ତା'ର ସ୍ବାମୀ ଶୁଣିବା ପରଠାରୁ ନୀରବ ହାଇେ ରହେ, ତବେେ ତା'ର ପ୍ରତିଜ୍ଞାଗୁଡିକ ପାଳନ କରାୟିବ କାରଣ ତା'ର ସ୍ବାମୀ ନୀରବ ହାଇେ ରହିଲା, ଯେତବେେଳେ ସେ ଏବିଷଯ ରେ ଶୁଣିଲା।

15 and if he doth at all break them after his hearing, then he hath borne her iniquity.'କିନ୍ତୁ ଯଦି ସେ ପରେ ତା'ର (ସ୍ତ୍ରୀ) ଶପଥକୁ ପ୍ରତ୍ଯାଖ୍ଯାନ କରେ (ପ୍ରଥମ ଦିନପରେ) ତାହାଲେ ସେ (ସ୍ବାମୀ) ତା'ର (ସ୍ତ୍ରୀର) ଦୋଷ ବହନ କରିବ।

16 These `are' the statutes which Jehovah hath commanded Moses between a man and his wife, between a father and his daughter, in her youth, `in' the house of her father.ପୁରୁଷ ଓ ତାହାର ସ୍ତ୍ରୀ ବିଷଯ ରେ, ପିତା ଓ ପିତ୍ରାଳଯର ୟୁବତୀ କନ୍ଯା ବିଷଯ ରେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ମାଶାଙ୍କେୁ ଏହିସବୁ ଆଜ୍ଞା ଦେଲେ।
