ରାଜା ହିଜକିଯ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲ ଓ ଯିହୁଦାର ସବୁ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ନିକଟକୁ ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ପ୍ ରରଣେ କଲେ। ସେ ଇଫ୍ରଯିମ ଓ ମନଃଶିର ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ନିକଟକୁ ମଧ୍ଯ ପତ୍ରମାନ ଲେଖିଲେ। ହିଜକିଯ ସହେି ସମସ୍ତ ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ୟିରୁଶାଲମସ୍ଥ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ମନ୍ଦିରକୁ ଆସିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ନିମନ୍ତ୍ରଣ ଜଣାଇଲେ, ଯେପରି ସମାନେେ ସମସ୍ତ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ନିମନ୍ତେ ନିସ୍ତାରପର୍ବ ପାଳନ କରିପାରିବେ।

ରାଜା ହିଜକିଯ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲ ଓ ଯିହୁଦାର ସବୁ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ନିକଟକୁ ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ପ୍ ରରଣେ କଲେ। ସେ ଇଫ୍ରଯିମ ଓ ମନଃଶିର ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ନିକଟକୁ ମଧ୍ଯ ପତ୍ରମାନ ଲେଖିଲେ। ହିଜକିଯ ସହେି ସମସ୍ତ ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ୟିରୁଶାଲମସ୍ଥ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ମନ୍ଦିରକୁ ଆସିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ନିମନ୍ତ୍ରଣ ଜଣାଇଲେ, ଯେପରି ସମାନେେ ସମସ୍ତ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ନିମନ୍ତେ ନିସ୍ତାରପର୍ବ ପାଳନ କରିପାରିବେ।
