ମାତ୍ର ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀ ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ଦବେତା ନିର୍ମାଣ କଲେ। ସମାନେେ ତାଙ୍କର ଦବେତାମାନଙ୍କୁ ଉଚ୍ଚସ୍ଥାନମାନଙ୍କ ରେ ପୂଜା କଲେ। ଯେଉଁ ସବୁ ମନ୍ଦିର ଶମରିଯା ଲୋକମାନେ ନିର୍ମାଣ କରିଥିଲେ, ତହିଁ ମଧ୍ଯରୁ ସମାନେେ ମିଥ୍ଯା ଦବେତାମାନଙ୍କୁ ସମାନଙ୍କେର ସମସ୍ତ ନଗରଗୁଡିକରେ ସ୍ଥାପନ କଲେ। ଯେଉଁଠା ରେ ସମାନେେ ବାସସ୍ଥଳୀ କଲେ।
