ଦାନିଏଲ 11:6
'ମାତ୍ର କିଛି ବର୍ଷ ପ ରେ ସମାନେେ ଏକତ୍ରୀତ ହବେେ। ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ରାଜ୍ଯର ରାଜକନ୍ଯା ଉତ୍ତରର ରାଜାକୁ ବିବାହ କରିବେ ମାତ୍ର ସହେି ରାଜକୁମାରୀ ନିଜ ଶକ୍ତି ଓ ଶାନ୍ତି ହରାଇବେ, ତା'ର ସ୍ବାମୀ ଦୁର୍ବଳ ହବେେ। ସେ ଓ ତାଙ୍କର ସ୍ବାମୀ, ସମାନଙ୍କେର ସନ୍ତାନ ଏବଂ ତାହାର ଦାସମାନଙ୍କୁ ହସ୍ତାନ୍ତର କରାୟିବ।

| the king | מֶ֣לֶךְ | melek | MEH-lek |
| of the north | הַצָּפ֔וֹן | haṣṣāpôn | ha-tsa-FONE |
| make to | לַעֲשׂ֖וֹת | laʿăśôt | la-uh-SOTE |
| an agreement: | מֵישָׁרִ֑ים | mêšārîm | may-sha-REEM |
| but she shall not | וְלֹֽא | wĕlōʾ | veh-LOH |
| retain | תַעְצֹ֞ר | taʿṣōr | ta-TSORE |
| power the | כּ֣וֹחַ | kôaḥ | KOH-ak |
| of the arm; | הַזְּר֗וֹעַ | hazzĕrôaʿ | ha-zeh-ROH-ah |
| neither | וְלֹ֤א | wĕlōʾ | veh-LOH |
| shall he stand, | יַעֲמֹד֙ | yaʿămōd | ya-uh-MODE |
| arm: his nor | וּזְרֹע֔וֹ | ûzĕrōʿô | oo-zeh-roh-OH |
| but she | וְתִנָּתֵ֨ן | wĕtinnātēn | veh-tee-na-TANE |
| shall be given up, | הִ֤יא | hîʾ | hee |
| brought that they and | וּמְבִיאֶ֙יהָ֙ | ûmĕbîʾêhā | oo-meh-vee-A-HA |
| her, and he that begat | וְהַיֹּ֣לְדָ֔הּ | wĕhayyōlĕdāh | veh-ha-YOH-leh-DA |
| strengthened that he and her, | וּמַחֲזִקָ֖הּ | ûmaḥăziqāh | oo-ma-huh-zee-KA |
| her in these times. | בָּעִתִּֽים׃ | bāʿittîm | ba-ee-TEEM |
