ଏହିପରି ଏଷ୍ଟର ଆଜ୍ଞାଦ୍ବାରା ପୂରୀମ୍ ଦିନ ରେ ବିଧି ସ୍ଥିରିକୃତ ହେଲା ଓ ତାହା ପୁସ୍ତକରେ ଲଖାଗେଲା।
