ଯିରିମିୟ 9:11
ପୁଣି ଆମ୍ଭେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ୟିରୁଶାଲମକୁ ଢ଼ିପି ଓ ଶୃଗାଳମାନଙ୍କ ବାସସ୍ଥାନ ରେ ପରିଣତ କରିବା। ଆଉ ଆମ୍ଭେ ଯିହୁଦାର ନଗରସମୂହକୁ ନିର୍ଜନ ଧ୍ବଂସସ୍ଥାନ କରିବା।

| the cities | עָרֵ֧י | ʿārê | ah-RAY |
| Judah of | יְהוּדָ֛ה | yĕhûdâ | yeh-hoo-DA |
| desolate, | אֶתֵּ֥ן | ʾettēn | eh-TANE |
| without | שְׁמָמָ֖ה | šĕmāmâ | sheh-ma-MA |
| an inhabitant. | מִבְּלִ֖י | mibbĕlî | mee-beh-LEE |
