ସହେି ନଗର ରେ ଗୋଟିଏ ସ୍ତ୍ରୀଲୋକ ଥିଲା। ତା'ର ସ୍ବାମୀ ମରି ଯାଇଥିଲା। ସେ ସ୍ତ୍ରୀଲୋକଟି ଏହି ବିଗ୍ଭରପତିଙ୍କ ନିକଟକୁ ବହୁତ ଥର ଆସୁଥିଲା ସେ ବିଚାରପତିଙ୍କୁ କହୁଥିଲା, ' ଗୋଟିଏ ଲୋକ ମାେ ପ୍ରତି ଅନ୍ଯାୟ କରୁଛି। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମାେତେ ମାେ ନ୍ଯାୟ ଅଧିକାର ଦିଅ।'
