ସହେି ଭଳି କହେି କବେେ ହେଲେ ନୂଆ ଦ୍ରାକ୍ଷାରସ ପୁରୁଣା ଚମଡା-ପାତ୍ର ରେ ରେଖ ନାହିଁ। ଯଦି ତାହା କରେ ତବେେ ନୂଆ ଦ୍ରାକ୍ଷାରସ ପୁରୁଣା ଚମଡା ପାତ୍ରକୁ ଫଟାଇ ଦବେ ଓ ଚମଡା ପାତ୍ର ସହିତ ଦ୍ରାକ୍ଷାରସ ମଧ୍ଯ ନଷ୍ଟ ହାଇୟିବେ। ସେଥିପାଇଁ ନୂଆ ଦ୍ରାକ୍ଷାରସ ନୂଆ ଚମଡା ପାତ୍ର ରେ ହିଁ ରଖା ଯାଇଥାଏ।

ସହେି ଭଳି କହେି କବେେ ହେଲେ ନୂଆ ଦ୍ରାକ୍ଷାରସ ପୁରୁଣା ଚମଡା-ପାତ୍ର ରେ ରେଖ ନାହିଁ। ଯଦି ତାହା କରେ ତବେେ ନୂଆ ଦ୍ରାକ୍ଷାରସ ପୁରୁଣା ଚମଡା ପାତ୍ରକୁ ଫଟାଇ ଦବେ ଓ ଚମଡା ପାତ୍ର ସହିତ ଦ୍ରାକ୍ଷାରସ ମଧ୍ଯ ନଷ୍ଟ ହାଇୟିବେ। ସେଥିପାଇଁ ନୂଆ ଦ୍ରାକ୍ଷାରସ ନୂଆ ଚମଡା ପାତ୍ର ରେ ହିଁ ରଖା ଯାଇଥାଏ।
