| numbered were that those and | וּפְקֻֽדֵיהֶ֑ם | ûpĕqudêhem | oo-feh-koo-day-HEM |
| forty were them, of | אֶחָ֧ד | ʾeḥād | eh-HAHD |
| and one | וְאַרְבָּעִ֛ים | wĕʾarbāʿîm | veh-ar-ba-EEM |
| thousand | אֶ֖לֶף | ʾelep | EH-lef |
| and five | וַֽחֲמֵ֥שׁ | waḥămēš | va-huh-MAYSH |
