ଯେଉଁ ବିଚାରକଗଣ ଭଲ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ନ୍ଯାଯ ଦିଅନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ, ସମାନେେ କହନ୍ତି ନିରୀହ ଲୋକମାନେ ଦୋଷୀ ଏବଂ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ମରଣର ଆରୋପ କର।
