Proverbs 19 - YLT (Oriya)

1 Better `is' the poor walking in his integrity, Than the perverse `in' his lips, who `is' a fool.ଗରିବ ହେଲେ ମଧ୍ଯ ସେ ସାଧୁତା, ସେ ମୂର୍ଖ, ମିଛୁଆ, ଠକଠାରୁ ନିଶ୍ଚିତ ଭଲ।

2 Also, without knowledge the soul `is' not good, And the hasty in feet is sinning.ଜ୍ଞାନହୀନ ଜୀଜ୍ଞାଷୁ ହବୋର ଭଲ ନୁହେଁ। ଯେଉଁମାନେ ହଠାତ୍ ପ୍ରବେଶ କରନ୍ତି ଭୁଲ କରିବସନ୍ତି।

3 The folly of man perverteth his way, And against Jehovah is his heart wroth.ମନୁଷ୍ଯର ଅଜ୍ଞାନତା ନିଜର ଜୀବନକୁ ଧ୍ବଂସ କରେ। କିନ୍ତୁ ତା'ପ ରେ ସେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କୁ ବଦନାମ କରେ।

4 Wealth addeth many friends, And the poor from his neighbour is separated.ଧନ ବହୁମିତ୍ର ଲାଭ କରେ, ମାତ୍ର ଦରିଦ୍ରତା ବନ୍ଧୁ ନାଶ କରେ।

5 A false witness is not acquitted, Whoso breatheth out lies is not delivered.ଯେଉଁ ଲୋକ ଅନ୍ୟ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧ ରେ ମିଥ୍ଯା ରଚନା କରେ, ସେ ଦଣ୍ଡ ପାଇବ। ଯେ ମିଛ କ ହେ ସେ ଶାସ୍ତିରୁ ରକ୍ଷା ପାଇବ ନାହିଁ।

6 Many entreat the face of the noble, And all have made friendship to a man of gifts.ଅନକେ ଲୋକ ବଦାନ୍ଯ ଲୋକର ଅନୁଗ୍ରହ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା କରନ୍ତି। ପୁଣି ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକ ଲୋକ ସହେି ଲୋକର ବନ୍ଧୁ ହୁଅନ୍ତି ୟିଏ ଉପହାର ଦିଏ।

7 All the brethren of the poor have hated him, Surely also his friends have been far from him, He is pursuing words -- they are not!ଦରିଦ୍ର ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ତା'ର ପରିବାର ମଧ୍ଯ ଭଲ ପାଏ ନାହିଁ। ତା'ର ମିତ୍ରମାନେ ତାଠାରୁ ଅଧିକ ଦୂରତା ରକ୍ଷା କରନ୍ତି। ସେ ସମାନଙ୍କେର ସାହାୟ୍ଯ ପାଇଁ ଭିକ୍ଷା କରେ, କିନ୍ତୁ ସମାନେେ ତା'ର ନିକଟକୁ ୟାଆନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ।

8 Whoso is getting heart is loving his soul, He is keeping understanding to find good.ଯଦି ଜଣେ ଲୋକ ତା ନିଜକୁ ଅଧିକ ଭଲ ପାଏ, ସେ କଠିନ ପରିଶ୍ରମ କରି ଜ୍ଞାନୀ ହବେ। ଯେ ବିବଚେନା ପାଇଁ କଠିନ ପରିଶ୍ରମ କରେ, ସେ ପୁରସ୍କାର ପାଇବ।

9 A false witness is not acquitted, And whoso breatheth out lies perisheth.ମିଥ୍ଯା ସାକ୍ଷୀ ଦଣ୍ଡିତ ହବେ। ମିଥ୍ଯାବାଦୀ ଧ୍ବଂସ ପାଇବ।

10 Luxury is not comely for a fool, Much less for a servant to rule among princes.ମୂର୍ଖ ଲୋକ କବେେ ହେଲେ ଧନୀ ହାଇପୋରିବ ନାହିଁ। ଯେପରି ଅଧିପତି ଉପ ରେ ଦାସର କତ୍ତୃର୍ତ୍ବ।

11 The wisdom of a man hath deferred his anger, And his glory `is' to pass over transgression.ମନୁଷ୍ଯର ସୁବୁଦ୍ଧି ତାହାକୁ କୋର୍ଧକୁ କ୍ଷାନ୍ତ କରେ। ଏବଂ ଏହା ହେଉଛି ଆଶ୍ଚର୍ୟ୍ଯ ସେ ଦୋଷୀମାନଙ୍କୁ କ୍ଷମା କରି ଦିଏ।

12 The wrath of a king `is' a growl as of a young lion, And as dew on the herb his good-will.ରାଜାର କୋର୍ଧ ସିଂହର ଗର୍ଜ୍ଜନ ସଦୃଶ। କିନ୍ତୁ ତା'ର ଅନୁଗ୍ରହ ତୃଣ ଉପ ରେ ଥିବା କାକର ତୁଲ୍ଯ।

13 A calamity to his father `is' a foolish son, And the contentions of a wife `are' a continual dropping.ମୂର୍ଖ ପୁତ୍ର ତା'ର ପିତାର ଦୁଃଖର କାରଣ ହବେ। ଏବଂ କଳିହୁଡ଼ି ସ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଅବିରତ ବିନ୍ଦୁପାତ ପରି।

14 House and wealth `are' the inheritance of fathers, And from Jehovah `is' an understanding wife.ଗୃହ ଓ ଧନ ପିତୃ ଲୋକଙ୍କଠାରୁ ପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ଅଧିକାର। ମାତ୍ର ବୁଦ୍ଧିମତା ସ୍ତ୍ରୀ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କଠାରୁ ପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ହୁଏ।

15 Sloth causeth deep sleep to fall, And an indolent soul doth hunger.ଆଳସ୍ଯ ନିଦ୍ରା ଆଣେ। ଅଳସ ପ୍ରାଣୀ କ୍ଷୁଧାଭୋଗ କରେ।

16 Whoso is keeping the command is keeping his soul, Whoso is despising His ways dieth.ଆଜ୍ଞା ପାଳନକାରୀ ଆପଣା ପ୍ରାଣ ରକ୍ଷା କରେ। ମାତ୍ର ଆପଣା ପଥ ବିଷଯ ରେ ଯେ ଅସାବଧାନ ହୁଏ, ସେ ମରିବ।

17 Whoso is lending `to' Jehovah is favouring the poor, And his deed He repayeth to him.ଯେ ଦରିଦ୍ରକୁ ଦୟା କରେ, ସେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କୁ ଋଣ ଦିଏ। ସେ ତାହାର ଉତ୍ତମ କର୍ମର ପରିଶାଧେ କରିବେ।

18 Chastise thy son, for there is hope, And to put him to death lift not up thy soul.ଅପାଣା ପୁତ୍ରକୁ ଶାସନ କର, କାରଣ ଭରସା ଅଛି। ଯଦି ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଏହା କରିବ ନାହିଁ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ତା'ର ବିନାଶର କାରଣ ହବେ।

19 A man of great wrath is bearing punishment, For, if thou dost deliver, yet again thou dost add.ଅତି ରାଗୀ ଲୋକ ଶାସ୍ତି ଭୋଗ କରିବ। ଯେ ହତେୁ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ତାକୁ ଥରେ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କଲେ ତାହା ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ପୁନର୍ବାର କରିବାକୁ ହବେ।

20 Hear counsel and receive instruction, So that thou art wise in thy latter end.ଶଷୋବସ୍ଥା ରେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଯେପରି ଜ୍ଞାନବାନ ହୁଅ, ଏଥିପାଇଁ ମନ୍ତ୍ରଣା ଶୁଣ ଓ ଉପଦେଶ ଗ୍ରହଣ କର।

21 Many `are' the purposes in a man's heart, And the counsel of Jehovah it standeth.ମନୁଷ୍ଯର ମନ ରେ ନାନାପ୍ରକାର ଯୋଜନା ଥାଏ। ମାତ୍ର ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ଇଚ୍ଛା ପ୍ରକାଶ ହବେ।

22 The desirableness of a man `is' his kindness, And better `is' the poor than a liar.ଜଣେ ଲୋକ ତାଙ୍କର ବିଶ୍ବାସ ଜରିଆ ରେ ଗୋଟିଏ ଭଲ ପ୍ରସିଦ୍ଧ ପାଇବାକୁ ଦରକାର କରେ। ଏବଂ ମିଥ୍ଯାବାଦୀ ଅପେକ୍ଷା ଦରିଦ୍ର ଲୋକ ଶ୍ ରେଷ୍ଠ। ୟିଏ ଯାହାକୁ ବିଶ୍ବାସ କରାୟାଇପା ରେ ନାହିଁ।

23 The fear of Jehovah `is' to life, And satisfied he remaineth -- he is not charged with evil.ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ବିଷଯକ ଭୟ ଜୀବନଦାୟକ, ତାହା ଯେଉଁ ଲୋକଠା ରେ ଥାଏ, ସେ ଶାନ୍ତି ରେ ବାସ କରିପାରିବ। ବିପଦ ତା'ର ନିକଟରେ ୟାଇ ପାରିବ ନାହିଁ।

24 The slothful hath hidden his hand in a dish, Even unto his mouth he bringeth it not back.ଅଳସୁଆ ଆପଣା ଥାଳି ରେ ହାତ ବୁଡ଼ାଇଲେ ଆଉଥରେ ତା'ର ମୁହଁକୁ ନବୋକୁ ଇଚ୍ଛା କରେ ନାହିଁ।

25 A scorner smite, and the simple acts prudently, And give reproof to the intelligent, He understandeth knowledge.ନିନ୍ଦକକୁ ପ୍ରହାର କଲେ, ନିର୍ବୋଧ ଲୋକ ସତର୍କତା ଶିକ୍ଷା କରିବ। ଯଦି ତୁମ୍ଭେ ବୁଦ୍ଧିମାନ୍ ବ୍ଯକ୍ତିକୁ ଭର୍ତ୍ସନା କରିବ, ସେ ଅଧିକ ଶିକ୍ଷା ଲାଭ କରିବ।

26 Whoso is spoiling a father causeth a mother to flee, A son causing shame, and bringing confusion.ଯେଉଁ ପୁତ୍ର ଆପଣା ପିତାର ଧନ ଚେୀରୀ କରେ ଏବଂ ଆପଣା ମାତାକୁ ତଡ଼ିଦିଏ ଗୋଟିଏ ଲଜ୍ଜ୍ଯାକର ଓ ଅପମାନ ଜନକ ପୁତ୍ର ଅଟେ।

27 Cease, my son, to hear instruction -- To err from sayings of knowledge.ହେ ଆମ୍ଭର ପୁତ୍ର, ଯେଉଁ ଉପଦେଶ ଜ୍ଞାନର କଥାରୁ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ବିଚ୍ଯୁତ କରେ, ତାହା ଶୁଣିବାରୁ ନିବୃତ୍ତ ହୁଅ।

28 A worthless witness scorneth judgment, And the mouth of the wicked swalloweth iniquity.ପାଷାଣ୍ଡ ସାକ୍ଷୀ ନ୍ଯାଯ ବିଚାରକୁ ନିନ୍ଦା କରେ ଏବଂ ଦୁଷ୍ଟ ଲୋକର ମୁଖମଣ୍ଡଳ ଅନିଷ୍ଟ ରେ ପରିପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ।

29 Judgments have been prepared for scorners, And stripes for the back of fools!ନିନ୍ଦୁକମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଦଣ୍ଡାଜ୍ଞା ଓ ମୂର୍ଖମାନଙ୍କ ପିଠି ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରହାର ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରେ।
