Psalm 97
1 ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଶାସନ କରନ୍ତି। ସକଳ ପୃଥିବୀ ଆନନ୍ଦ ହେଉ। ଦୂର ସଦୃଶ ଭୂମି ମଧ୍ଯ ଆନନ୍ଦିତ ହୁଅନ୍ତୁ।
2 ମେଘମାଳ ଓ ଅନ୍ଧାର ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଚତୁର୍ଦ୍ଦିଗରେ ଥାଏ। ଧର୍ମ ଓ ନ୍ଯାଯ ତାହାଙ୍କ ସିଂହାସନର ମୂଳଭିତ୍ତି।
3 ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ସମ୍ମୁଖରୁ ଅଗ୍ନି ଝରି ତାଙ୍କର ଶତ୍ରୁଗଣକୁ ବିନାଶ କରେ।
4 ତାହାଙ୍କ ବିଜୁଳି ଜଗତକୁ ଦୀପ୍ତିମାନ କଲା, ଏହା ଦେଖି ଲୋକେ ଭୟ କଲେ।
5 ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ସମ୍ମୁଖରେ ପୃଥିବୀର ସମସ୍ତ ପ୍ରଭୁ, ପର୍ବତଗୁଡ଼ିକ ମହମ ପରି ତରଳି ଗଲେ।
6 ଆକାଶ ତାଙ୍କର ଧାର୍ମିକ ସତ୍ଯତା ପ୍ରଚାର କରେ ଓ ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକ ଜାତିଗଣ ତାଙ୍କ ମହିମା ଦେଖନ୍ତି।
7 ଲୋକମାନେ ତାଙ୍କର ମୂର୍ତ୍ତିଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ପୂଜା କରନ୍ତି। ସମାନେେ ସମାନଙ୍କେର ଦବଗେଣଙ୍କ ବିଷଯରେ ବଡ଼ାଇ କରନ୍ତି। ସହେି ଲୋକମାନେ ଲଜ୍ଜିତ ହବେେ। ସମାନଙ୍କେର ସମସ୍ତ ଦବେତାଗଣ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଆଗରେ ମଥାନତ କରିବେ।
8 ସିଯୋନ୍ ଶୁଣିଛି ଓ ଆନନ୍ଦିତ ହାଇେଛି। ଯିହୁଦା ନଗରୀ, ଖୁସୀ ହାଇେ ଆସୁଛନ୍ତି, କାରଣ ତୁମ୍ଭ ପାଇଁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ବିଜ୍ଞ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି କରନ୍ତି।
9 ହେ ସର୍ବୋପରିସ୍ଥ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ହିଁ ସମଗଯ ପୃଥିବୀର ଶାସକ। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଅନ୍ୟ ଦବେତାମାନଙ୍କଠାରୁ ଉତ୍ତମ।
10 ୟିଏ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କୁ ଭଲପା'ନ୍ତି ମନ୍ଦତାକୁ ଘୃଣା କରନ୍ତି! ସେ ସହେି ଆପଣା ସଦ୍ଭକ୍ତମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ରାଣରକ୍ଷା କରନ୍ତି। ସେ ଦୁଷ୍ଟମାନଙ୍କ ହସ୍ତରୁ ନିଜର ଶିଷ୍ଯମାନଙ୍କୁ ରକ୍ଷାକରନ୍ତି।
11 ଧାର୍ମିକମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଦୀପ୍ତି ଓ ସତ୍ଯପ୍ରିଯମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଆନନ୍ଦ ଅଛି।
12 ହେ ଧାର୍ମିକଗଣ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ ଆନନ୍ଦ କର। ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ପବିତ୍ର ନାମରେ ଧନ୍ଯବାଦ କର।
1 The Lord reigneth; let the earth rejoice; let the multitude of isles be glad thereof.
2 Clouds and darkness are round about him: righteousness and judgment are the habitation of his throne.
3 A fire goeth before him, and burneth up his enemies round about.
4 His lightnings enlightened the world: the earth saw, and trembled.
5 The hills melted like wax at the presence of the Lord, at the presence of the Lord of the whole earth.
6 The heavens declare his righteousness, and all the people see his glory.
7 Confounded be all they that serve graven images, that boast themselves of idols: worship him, all ye gods.
8 Zion heard, and was glad; and the daughters of Judah rejoiced because of thy judgments, O Lord.
9 For thou, Lord, art high above all the earth: thou art exalted far above all gods.
10 Ye that love the Lord, hate evil: he preserveth the souls of his saints; he delivereth them out of the hand of the wicked.
11 Light is sown for the righteous, and gladness for the upright in heart.
12 Rejoice in the Lord, ye righteous; and give thanks at the remembrance of his holiness.
