Romans 13:2
ଅତଏବ ଅଧିକାର ବି ରୋଧ କରୁଥିବା ଲୋକମାନେ ପ୍ରକୃତ ରେ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ଆଜ୍ଞାର ବିରୋଧୀ। ଏପରି ବି ରୋଧ କରୁଥିବା ଲୋକ, ନିଜ ପାଇଁ ଦଣ୍ତ ପାଇବା ବ୍ଯବସ୍ଥା କରିଥାଏ।

ମାେ ଭାଇ ଓ ଭଉଣୀମାନେ ! ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଭିତରୁ ଅନକେ ଶିକ୍ଷକ ହବୋ ଉଚିତ ନୁହେଁ। କାରଣ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଜାଣ ଯେ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ଶିକ୍ଷକମାନେ, ଅନ୍ୟ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ଅପେକ୍ଷା ଅଧିକ କଠାେର ଭାବରେ ବିଚାରିତ ହବେୁ।
Romans 13:5
ସେଥିପାଇଁ ଶାସକଙ୍କ ଆଜ୍ଞା ପାଳନ କରିବାକୁ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ବାଧ୍ଯ। ପାଳନ ନ କରିବା କାରଣରୁ ଯେ ଦଣ୍ତିତ ହବେ, ସେଥିପାଇଁ ଆଜ୍ଞା ପାଳନ କର ନାହିଁ। ଅଧିକନ୍ତୁ ଶାସନକୁ ମାନିବା ଠିକ୍ କାମ ବୋଲି ଯାଣିଥିବାରୁ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଏପରି କରିବା ଉଚିତ୍।
Luke 20:47
କିନ୍ତୁ ସମାନେେ ବିଧବାମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ଅତ୍ଯନ୍ତ ନୀଚ୍ଚ ମନୋଭାବ ଦଖାେନ୍ତି। ସମାନେେ ବିଧବା ମାନଙ୍କର ଘରଦ୍ବାର ଠକି କରି ନଇେ ଥାଆନ୍ତି। ସମାନେେ ଲମ୍ବାଲମ୍ବା ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା କରି ନିଜକୁ ଭଲ ବୋଲି ଦେଖଇେ ହବୋକୁ ଚେଷ୍ଟା କରନ୍ତି। ପରମେଶ୍ବର ଏହି ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ କଠିନ ଦଣ୍ଡ ଦବେେ।

ସମାନେେ ବିଧବାମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ଅତ୍ଯନ୍ତ ନୀଚ ବ୍ଯବହାର ଦଖାେନ୍ତି। ସମାନେେ ବିଧବାମାନଙ୍କର ସମ୍ପତ୍ତି ଅପହରଣ କରି ନିଅନ୍ତି। ଭଲ ଦେଖଇେ ହବୋ ପାଇଁ ସମାନେେ ଲମ୍ବା ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା କରନ୍ତି। ଏଭଳି ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ପରମେଶ୍ବର କଠିନ ଶାସ୍ତି ଦବେେ।

Jeremiah 23:8
ମାତ୍ର ଲୋକମାନେ ଏକ ନୂଆ କଥା କହିବେ। ସମାନେେ କହିବେ, ' ସହେି ଜୀବିତ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲ କୁଳଜାତ ବଂଶକୁ ଉତ୍ତର ଦେଶରୁ ଓ ଯେଉଁ ଯେଉଁ ସ୍ଥାନକୁ ଆମ୍ଭେ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ତଡ଼ି ଦଇେଥିଲୁ, ସହେିସବୁ ଦେଶରୁ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ବାହାର କରି ଆଣିଲେ।' ଆଉ ସମାନେେ ଆପଣା ଦେଶ ରେ ବାସ କରିବେ। ଏପରି ସମୟ ଆସୁଅଛି।
Isaiah 58:2
ତାହା ହେଲେ ସମାନେେ ପ୍ରତିଦିନ ଆମ୍ଭର ଅନ୍ବଷେଣ କରିବେ ଓ ମାରେ ପଥ ବିଷଯ ରେ ଜାଣିବାକୁ ଚେଷ୍ଟା କରିବେ। ଯେଉଁ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀଯ ଲୋକେ ପୂଜା କର୍ମ କରିଛନ୍ତି ଓ ନିଜର ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କର ବିଧାନ ତ୍ଯାଗ କରି ନାହାଁନ୍ତି, ସମାନଙ୍କେ ପରି ସମାନେେ ପୁଜାବିଧାନ ବିଷଯ ଆମ୍ଭକୁ ପଚାରନ୍ତି ଓ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ନିକଟକୁ ଆସିବାକୁ ସନ୍ତୁଷ୍ଟ ହୁଅନ୍ତି।
