கிழக்கிலும் மேற்கிலும் வனாந்தர திசையிலுமிருந்து ஜெயம் வராது.

כִּ֤י
For
כִּ֤יkîkee
in
the
hand
כ֪וֹסkôshose
of
the
Lord
בְּֽיַדbĕyadBEH-yahd
there
is
a
cup,
יְהוָ֡הyĕhwâyeh-VA
and
the
wine
וְיַ֤יִןwĕyayinveh-YA-yeen
is
red;
חָמַ֨ר׀ḥāmarha-MAHR
it
is
full
מָ֥לֵאmālēʾMA-lay
of
mixture;
מֶסֶךְ֮mesekmeh-sek
and
he
poureth
out
וַיַּגֵּ֪רwayyaggērva-ya-ɡARE
of
the
same:
מִ֫זֶּ֥הmizzeMEE-ZEH
but
אַךְʾakak
the
dregs
שְׁ֭מָרֶיהָšĕmārêhāSHEH-ma-ray-ha
thereof,
all
יִמְצ֣וּyimṣûyeem-TSOO
the
wicked
יִשְׁתּ֑וּyištûyeesh-TOO
of
the
earth
כֹּ֝֗לkōlkole
shall
wring
them
out,
רִשְׁעֵיrišʿêreesh-A
and
drink
אָֽרֶץ׃ʾāreṣAH-rets
