ਸ਼ੇਮ ਦੇ ਉੱਤਰਾਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਸ਼ੇਮ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਸਨ: ਏਲਾਮ, ਅੱਸ਼ੂਰ, ਅਰਪਕਸਦ, ਲੂਦ ਅਰਾਮ। ਅਰਾਮ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਊਸ, ਹੂਲ, ਗਥਰ ਅਤੇ ਮਸ਼ਕ ਸਨ।
