ਦਾਊਦ ਦਾ ਗੋਲਿਆਥ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰ ਸੁੱਟਣਾ ਉਹ ਫ਼ਲਿਸਤੀ ਗੋਲਿਆਥ ਹੌਲੀ-ਹੌਲੀ ਚੱਲਦਾ ਦਾਊਦ ਦੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਗਿਆ। ਗੋਲਿਆਥ ਦਾ ਸਹਾਇਕ ਹੱਥ ਵਿੱਚ ਢਾਲ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਅੱਗੇ-ਅੱਗੇ ਚੱਲਦਾ ਆਉਂਦਾ ਸੀ।
