ਦਾਊਦ ਅਤੇ ਯੋਨਾਥਾਨ ਦਾ ਅਲਵਿਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਅਗਲੀ ਸਵੇਰ ਯੋਨਾਥਾਨ ਖੇਤਾਂ-ਪੈਲੀਆਂ ਵੱਲ ਗਿਆ। ਜਿਵੇਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਆਪਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਕਰਾਰ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ ਉਸ ਨੇਮ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਉਹ ਦਾਊਦ ਕੋਲ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਨਾਲ ਇੱਕ ਛੋਟਾ ਮੁੰਡਾ ਵੀ ਲੈ ਗਿਆ।
