ਅੱਸ਼ੂਰ ਦੇ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਦਾ ਹਿਜ਼ਕੀਯਾਹ ਨੂੰ ਤੰਗ ਕਰਨਾ ਇਹ ਸਾਰੇ ਕੰਮ ਜਦੋਂ ਹਿਜ਼ਕੀਯਾਹ ਨੇ ਸ਼ਰਧਾ ਨਾਲ ਮੁਕੰਮਲ ਕੀਤੇ, ਤਾਂ ਅੱਸ਼ੂਰ ਦੇ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਸਨਹੇਰੀਬ ਨੇ ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਦੇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਮਲਾ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਸਨਹੇਰੀਬ ਅਤੇ ਉਸਦੀ ਸੈਨਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਲੇ ਦੇ ਬਾਹਰ ਡੇਰੇ ਲਾ ਲਏ। ਇਹ ਵਿਉਂਤ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸ਼ਹਿਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਰਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਬਣਾਈ। ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਉਹ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸ਼ਹਿਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਲਈ ਜਿੱਤਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਸੀ।
