ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਮੰਦਰ ਗਿਆ। ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਸਾਰੇ ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਦੇ ਲੋਕ, ਯਰੂਸ਼ਲਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਲੋਕ, ਜਾਜਕ ਲੇਵੀ ਅਤੇ ਖਾਸ ਅਤੇ ਆਮ ਲੋਕ ਸਭ ਗਏ। ਯੋਸੀਯਾਹ ਨੇ ਬਿਵਸਥਾ ਦੀ ਪੋਥੀ ਦੇ ਬਚਨ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਅੱਗੇ ਪੜ੍ਹਕੇ ਸੁਣਾਏ, ਜਿਹੜੀ ਕਿ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਮੰਦਰ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਲੱਭੀ ਸੀ।
