ਤਦ ਯਹੋਯਾਦਾ ਜਾਜਕ ਨੇ ਸੈਨਾ ਦੇ ਕਪਤਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਗਿਆ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਅਥਲਯਾਹ ਨੂੰ ਮੰਦਰ ਦੇ ਅਸਥਾਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਲੈ ਜਾਵੋ ਅਤੇ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਕੋਈ ਹਿਮਾਇਤੀ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਆਵੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰ ਸੁੱਟੋ। ਪਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਮੰਦਰ ਦੇ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਾ ਵੱਢਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ।”

commanded	וַיְצַו֩	ṣāwâ	tsa-VA
But Jehoiada	יְהֽוֹיָדָ֨ע	yĕhôyādāʿ	yeh-hoh-ya-DA
the priest	הַכֹּהֵ֜ן	kōhēn	koh-HANE
	אֶת	ʾēt	ate
the captains	שָׂרֵ֥י	śar	sahr
of the hundreds,	הַמֵּא֣יוֹת׀	mēʾâ	may-AH
the officers	פְּקֻדֵ֣י	pāqad	pa-KAHD
of the host,	הַחַ֗יִל	ḥayil	ha-YEEL
and said	וַיֹּ֤אמֶר	ʾāmar	ah-MAHR
unto	אֲלֵיהֶם֙	ʾēl	ale
them, Have her forth	הוֹצִ֤יאוּ	yāṣāʾ	ya-TSA
	אֹתָהּ֙	ʾēt	ate
	אֶל	ʾēl	ale
without	מִבֵּ֣ית	bayit	ba-YEET
the ranges:	לַשְּׂדֵרֹ֔ת	śĕdērâ	seh-day-RA
and him that followeth	וְהַבָּ֥א	bôʾ	boh
	אַֽחֲרֶ֖יהָ	ʾaḥar	ah-HAHR
her kill	הָמֵ֣ת	mût	moot
with the sword.	בֶּחָ֑רֶב	ḥereb	heh-REV
For	כִּ֚י	kî	kee
had said,	אָמַ֣ר	ʾāmar	ah-MAHR
the priest	הַכֹּהֵ֔ן	kōhēn	koh-HANE
Let her not	אַל	ʾal	al
be slain	תּוּמַ֖ת	mût	moot
in the house	בֵּ֥ית	bayit	ba-YEET
of the Lord.	יְהוָֽה׃	yĕhōwâ	yeh-hoh-VA
