2 Kings 17:32
ਪਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੀ ਵੀ ਉਪਾਸਨਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਹੀ ਉਚਿਆਂ ਥਾਵਾਂ ਲਈ ਜਾਜਕ ਚੁਣੇ। ਅਤੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਜਾਜਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਪਾਸਨਾ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਥਾਵਾਂ ਤੇ ਮੰਦਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਬਲੀਆਂ ਵੀ ਤੇ ਭੇਟਾ ਵੀ ਚੜ੍ਹਾਉਂਦੇ।

| priests them of | מִקְצוֹתָם֙ | miqṣôtām | meek-tsoh-TAHM |
| of the high places, | כֹּֽהֲנֵ֣י | kōhănê | koh-huh-NAY |
| which sacrificed | בָמ֔וֹת | bāmôt | va-MOTE |
| houses the in them for | וַיִּֽהְי֛וּ | wayyihĕyû | va-yee-heh-YOO |
| of the high places. | עֹשִׂ֥ים | ʿōśîm | oh-SEEM |
| לָהֶ֖ם | lāhem | la-HEM | |
| בְּבֵ֥ית | bĕbêt | beh-VATE | |
