ਨਿਗਰਾਨਾਂ, ਪਰੀਫ਼ੈਟਕਾਂ, ਸਾਟਰਾਪਾਂ, ਸਲਾਹਕਾਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਜਪਾਲਾਂ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਨੇ ਕੁਝ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਸਹਿਮਤੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਅਸੀਂ ਸੋਚਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਰਾਜੇ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਕਨੂੰਨ ਬਨਾਉਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਹਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਕਨੂੰਨ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰਨੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ। ਕਨ੍ਨੂਨ ਇਹ ਹੈ: ਰਾਜਨ, ਜੇ ਕੋਈ ਬੰਦਾ, ਤੇਰੇ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਅਗਲੇ 30 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਕਿਸੇ ਦੇਵਤੇ ਜਾਂ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਅੱਗੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਰਥਨਾ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਬੰਦੇ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ੇਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਗੁਫ਼ਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁੱਟ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ।

Daniel 3:27

Nahum 2:12
