Numbers 22:34
ਤਾਂ ਬਿਲਆਮ ਨੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਦੂਤ ਨੂੰ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਮੈਂ ਪਾਪ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਮੈਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਦੇਖ ਸੱਕਿਆ ਕਿ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਰਸਤੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਖਲੋਤੇ ਹੋਏ ਸੀ। ਜੇ ਮੈਂ ਕੋਈ ਗਲਤੀ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹਾਂ ਤਾਂ ਮੈਂ ਘਰ ਵਾਪਸ ਚੱਲਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹਾਂ।”

Proverbs 24:18

Psalm 78:34

ਦੂਸਰੇ ਦਿਨ ਸਵੇਰੇ-ਸਵੇਰੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਪਹਾੜੀ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਵੱਲ ਜਾਣ ਲਈ ਚਾਲੇ ਪਾ ਦਿੱਤੇ। ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ, “ਅਸੀਂ ਪਾਪ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਸਾਨੂੰ ਅਫ਼ਸੋਸ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਉੱਤੇ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ। ਅਸੀਂ ਉਸ ਥਾਂ ਜਾਵਾਂਗੇ ਜਿਸਦਾ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਸਾਡੇ ਲਈ ਇਕਰਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।”

ਲੋਕ ਫ਼ੇਰ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਸਮੱਸਿਆਵਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤਾ ਕਰਨੀਆਂ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ, ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤਾ ਸੁਣੀਆ ਅਤੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਕਰੋਧਵਾਨ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ। ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੀ ਅੱਗ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦਰਮਿਆਨ ਅਤੇ ਡੇਰੇ ਦੀ ਨੁੱਕਰ ਤੇ ਵੀ ਬਲ ਉੱਠੀ।
Exodus 10:16
