Acts 10:45
ਯਹੂਦੀ ਚੇਲੇ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਪਤਰਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਆਏ ਸਨ ਇਹ ਵੇਖਕੇ ਹੈਰਾਨ ਹੋ ਗਏ। ਉਹ ਹੈਰਾਨ ਸਨ ਕਿ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਆਤਮਾ ਗੈਰ ਯਹੂਦੀਆਂ ਉੱਪਰ ਵੀ ਵਹਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ।

ਪਤਰਸ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਤੁਸੀਂ ਸਭ ਆਪਣੇ ਦਿਲ ਅਤੇ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀਆਂ ਬਦਲੋ ਅਤੇ ਯਿਸੂ ਮਸੀਹ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਤੇ ਬਪਤਿਸਮਾ ਲਓ। ਤਦ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਪਾਪ ਬਖਸ਼ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਆਤਮਾ ਨੂੰ ਦਾਤ ਵਾਂਗ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰੋਂਗੇ।
Colossians 2:13

Ephesians 3:5
ਹੋਰਨਾਂ ਸਮਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਹਿਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਗੁਪਤ ਸੱਚਾਈ ਬਾਰੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਪਰ ਹੁਣ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਆਤਮਾ ਦੇ ਰਾਹੀਂ, ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਗੁਪਤ ਸੱਚ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਰਸੂਲਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਨਬੀਆਂ ਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।
Ephesians 2:11
ਮਸੀਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕਮਿਕ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਗੈਰ ਯਹੂਦੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਜਨਮੇ ਸੀ। ਤੁਸੀਂ ਉਹ ਲੋਕ ਹੋ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਯਹੂਦੀ “ਬੇ-ਸੁੰਨਤੀਏ” ਆਖਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਹ ਯਹੂਦੀ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ “ਬੇ-ਸੁੰਨਤੀਏ” ਆਖਦੇ ਹਨ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ “ਸੁੰਨਤੀ” ਅਖਵਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੁੰਨਤ ਅਜਿਹੀ ਹੈ ਜਿਹੜੀ ਉਹ ਖੁਦ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਰੀਰਾਂ ਉੱਪਰ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ।
Galatians 3:13
ਨੇਮ ਨੇ ਸਾਡੇ ਉੱਪਰ ਇੱਕ ਸਰਾਪ ਰੱਖ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਪਰ ਮਸੀਹ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਸਰਾਪ ਨੂੰ ਦੂਰ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਸਾਡੇ ਨਾਲ ਆਪਣੀ ਥਾਂ ਬਦਲ ਲਈ। ਮਸੀਹ ਨੇ ਉਹ ਸਰਾਪ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਉੱਪਰ ਲੈ ਲਿਆ। ਪੋਥੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਹੈ, “ਜੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਦੇ ਸਰੀਰ ਨੂੰ ਰੁੱਖ ਉੱਤੇ ਲਟਕਾਇਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਸਰਾਪ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ।”

ਅਸੀਂ ਯਹੂਦੀ ਪਾਪੀ ਗੈਰ ਯਹੂਦੀਆਂ ਵਾਂਗ ਪੈਦਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਏ ਸੀ। ਅਸੀਂ ਯਹੂਦੀਆਂ ਵਾਂਗ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੋਏ ਸਾਂ।

ਯਿਸੂ ਮਰਨ ਉਪਰਾਂਤ ਸੁਰਗ ਵੱਲ ਲਿਜਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ। ਹੁਣ ਉਹ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨਾਲ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਸੱਜੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਹੈ। ਪਿਤਾ ਨੇ ਹੁਣ ਯਿਸੂ ਨੂੰ ਉਹ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਆਤਮਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਸਦਾ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਵਾਅਦਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ। ਹੁਣ ਯਿਸੂ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਆਤਮਾ ਵਗਾਇਆ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਸੁਣਦੇ ਹੋ ਅਤੇ ਦੇਖਦੇ ਹੋ।
