Amos 1:14
ਇਸੇ ਲਈ, ਮੈਂ ਰੱਬਾਹ ਦੀ ਕੰਧ ਤੋਂ ਅੱਗ ਸੁਰੂ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ ਜਿਹੜੀ ਇਸਦੇ ਕਿਲਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਾੜ ਦੇਵੇਗੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਉੱਤੇ ਅਚਾਨਕ, ਜੰਗ ਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੁਰ੍ਹੀ ਦੀ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਦੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਜਾਂ ਤੂਫ਼ਾਨ ਵਿੱਚਲੀ ਹਵਾ ਦੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਮੁਸੀਬਤਾਂ ਆਉਣਗੀਆਂ।

| the palaces | אַרְמְנוֹתֶ֑יהָ | ʾarmĕnôtêhā | ar-meh-noh-TAY-ha |
| shouting with thereof, | בִּתְרוּעָה֙ | bitrûʿāh | beet-roo-AH |
| in the day | בְּי֣וֹם | bĕyôm | beh-YOME |
| of battle, | מִלְחָמָ֔ה | milḥāmâ | meel-ha-MA |
| tempest a with | בְּסַ֖עַר | bĕsaʿar | beh-SA-ar |
| in the day | בְּי֥וֹם | bĕyôm | beh-YOME |
| of the whirlwind: | סוּפָֽה׃ | sûpâ | soo-FA |
