Deuteronomy 28:59
ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਅਤੇ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਉੱਤਰਾਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਮੁਸੀਬਤਾਂ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ। ਤੁਹਾਡੀਆਂ ਮੁਸੀਬਤਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਬਿਮਾਰੀਆਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਭਿਆਨਕ ਹੋਣਗੀਆਂ।

| plagues, | מַכּ֤וֹת | makkôt | MA-kote |
| continuance, long of and | גְּדֹלֹת֙ | gĕdōlōt | ɡeh-doh-LOTE |
| and sore | וְנֶ֣אֱמָנ֔וֹת | wĕneʾĕmānôt | veh-NEH-ay-ma-NOTE |
| sicknesses, | וָֽחֳלָיִ֥ם | wāḥŏlāyim | va-hoh-la-YEEM |
| and of long continuance. | רָעִ֖ים | rāʿîm | ra-EEM |
