Esther 9:28
ਇਹ ਦਿਨ ਪੀੜੀ ਦਰ ਪੀੜੀ ਹਰ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਦੁਆਰਾ, ਹਰ ਪ੍ਰਾਂਤ ਅਤੇ ਹਰ ਨਗਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਯਾਦ ਕੀਤੇ ਅਤੇ ਮਨਾਏ ਜਾਣ ਲਈ ਹਨ। ਅਤੇ ਪੂਰੀਮ ਦੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਯਹੂਦੀਆਂ ਦਰਮਿਆਨ ਵੇਖੇ ਜਾਣ ਤੋਂ ਬੰਦ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣੇ ਚਾਹੀਦੇ। ਅਤੇ ਨਾ ਹੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਯਾਦ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਉੱਤਰਾਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਖਤਮ ਹੋਵੇ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਉਹ ਸਭ ਕੁਝ ਸਿਮਰਤੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਜੋ ਕੁਝ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਵਾਪਰਿਆ ਨੂੰ ਚੇਤੇ ਰੱਖਣ ’ਚ ਇਹ ਦਿਨ ਮਦਦ ਕਰੇ, ਇਸ ਲਈ ਇਹ ਦਿਨ ਯਾਦਗਾਰੀ ਮੁਕਰ੍ਰਰ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ।

| every province, | מְדִינָ֥ה | mĕdînâ | meh-dee-NA |
| וּמְדִינָ֖ה | ûmĕdînâ | oo-meh-dee-NA | |
| and every city; | וְעִ֣יר | wĕʿîr | veh-EER |
| וָעִ֑יר | wāʿîr | va-EER | |
