Exodus 14:22
ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਲੋਕ ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਸੁੱਕੀ ਥਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਲੰਘ ਗਏ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਸੱਜੇ ਅਤੇ ਖੱਬੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਪਾਣੀ ਇੱਕ ਕੰਧ ਵਾਂਗ ਸੀ।

| upon the dry | בַּיַּבָּשָׁ֑ה | bayyabbāšâ | ba-ya-ba-SHA |
| waters the and ground: | וְהַמַּ֤יִם | wĕhammayim | veh-ha-MA-yeem |
| were a wall | לָהֶם֙ | lāhem | la-HEM |
| hand, right their on them unto | חוֹמָ֔ה | ḥômâ | hoh-MA |
