ਪਰ ਜੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਬੰਦੇ ਨੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਹੋਰ ਬੰਦੇ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰਨ ਦੀ ਵਿਉਂਤ ਬਣਾਈ ਕਿਉਂ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਗੁੱਸੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੈ ਜਾਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਨਫਰਤ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਕਾਤਲ ਨੂੰ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਮਿਲਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ। ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਗਵੇਦੀ ਤੋਂ ਦੂਰ ਲੈ ਜਾਓ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਰ ਦਿਓ।
