ਪਰ ਜੇ ਗੁਲਾਮ ਮਰਦਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਅਤੇ ਕੁਝ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਬਾਦ ਠੀਕ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਬੰਦੇ ਨੂੰ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਿਲਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ। ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਨੇ ਗੁਲਾਮ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਪੈਸੇ ਨਾਲ ਖਰੀਦਿਆ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਗੁਲਾਮ ਉਸੇ ਦਾ ਹੈ।
