“ਮੇਰੇ ਲਈ ਖਾਸ ਜਗਵੇਦੀ ਬਣਾਓ। ਇਸ ਜਗਵੇਦੀ ਨੂੰ ਬਨਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਮਿੱਟੀ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਰੋ। ਇਸ ਜਗਵੇਦੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਹੋਮ ਦੀਆਂ ਭੇਟਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸੁੱਖ ਸਾਂਦ ਦੀਆਂ ਭੇਟਾਂ ਮੇਰੇ ਲਈ ਬਲੀ ਵਜੋਂ ਭੇਂਟ ਕਰੋ। ਅਜਿਹਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਭੇਡਾਂ ਜਾਂ ਪਸ਼ੂਆਂ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਰੋ। ਅਜਿਹਾ ਹਰ ਉਸ ਥਾਂ ਕਰੋ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਚੇਤੇ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਆਖਦਾ ਹਾਂ। ਫ਼ੇਰ ਮੈਂ ਆਵਾਂਗਾ ਤੇ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਅਸੀਸ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ।
Genesis 28:22
ਮੈਂ ਇਸ ਪੱਥਰ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਯਾਦਗਾਰ ਪੱਥਰ ਵਜੋਂ ਸਥਾਪਿਤ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹਾਂ। ਇਹ ਦਰਸਾਵੇਗਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਲਈ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਸਥਾਨ ਹੈ। ਅਤੇ ਮੈਂ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਸਾਰੇ ਕੁਝ ਦਾ ਦਸਵੰਧ ਦੇਵਾਂਗਾ ਜੋ ਕੁਝ ਵੀ ਉਹ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ।”
