Genesis 2:1
ਸੱਤਵਾਂ ਦਿਨ-ਅਰਾਮ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਧਰਤੀ ਅਕਾਸ਼ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚਲੀ ਹਰ ਸ਼ੈਅ ਦੀ ਸਾਜਨਾ ਸੰਪੂਰਨ ਹੋ ਗਈ।
| Thus the heavens | וַיְכֻלּ֛וּ | waykullû | vai-HOO-loo |
| and the earth | הַשָּׁמַ֥יִם | haššāmayim | ha-sha-MA-yeem |
| finished, were | וְהָאָ֖רֶץ | wĕhāʾāreṣ | veh-ha-AH-rets |
| and all | וְכָל | wĕkāl | veh-HAHL |
| the host of them. | צְבָאָֽם׃ | ṣĕbāʾām | tseh-va-AM |
