ਦਿਨ ਵੇਲੇ, ਸੂਰਜ ਮੇਰੀ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਨਸ਼ਟ ਕਰ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਤ ਵੇਲੇ ਠਂਡ ਨਾਮ ਮੇਰੀ ਨੀਂਦ ਉੱਡ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਸੀ।

Psalm 78:70
ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੇ ਦਾਊਦ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣਾ ਖਾਸ ਸੇਵਕ ਹੋਣ ਲਈ ਚੁਣਿਆ। ਦਾਊਦ ਭੇਡਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਾੜਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਰੱਖਵਾਲਾ ਸੀ ਪਰ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੇ ਉਸਤੋਂ ਇਹ ਕੰਮ ਛੁਡਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
