ਅਫ਼ਰਾਈਮ ਦਾ ਹਂਕਾਰ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਹੀ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਬੋਲਦਾ ਹੈ। ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇੰਨੀਆਂ ਦੁੱਖ ਅਤੇ ਤਕਲੀਫ਼ਾਂ ਹਨ ਪਰ ਫ਼ਿਰ ਵੀ ਉਹ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਵੱਲ ਪਰਤ ਕੇ ਮਦਦ ਲਈ ਨਹੀਂ ਪੁਕਾਰਦੇ।
