ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ, “ਮੈਂ ਕਿਉਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਰਹਾਂ? ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ, ਪਰ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਦਲੇ। ਤੁਸੀਂ ਮੇਰੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ਼ ਬਗਾਵਤ ਜਾਰੀ ਰੱਖੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ। ਹੁਣ ਹਰ ਸਿਰ ਅਤੇ ਹਰ ਦਿਲ ਬਿਮਾਰ ਹੈ।
