ਮੇਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰਾ ਕਰੇਗਾ ਜਿਸਦੀ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਯਰੂਸ਼ਲਮ ਅਤੇ ਸੀਯੋਨ ਪਰਬਤ ਲਈ ਬਣਾਈ ਸੀ। ਫ਼ੇਰ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਅੱਸ਼ੂਰ ਨੂੰ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ। ਅੱਸ਼ੂਰ ਦਾ ਰਾਜ ਬਹੁਤ ਗੁਮਾਨੀ ਹੈ। ਉਸ ਦੇ ਹਂਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਮੰਦੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਵਾਏ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ।

his אֶת ʾēt ate
whole כָּל kōl kole
work מַֽעֲשֵׂ֔הוּ maʿăśe ma-uh-SEH
upon mount בְּהַ֥ר har hahr
Zion צִיּ֖וֹן ṣiyyôn tsee-YONE
and on Jerusalem, וּבִירוּשָׁלִָ֑ם yĕrûšālaim yeh-roo-sha-la-EEM
I will punish אֶפְקֹ֗ד pāqad pa-KAHD
עַל ʿal al
the fruit פְּרִי pĕrî peh-REE
of the stout גֹ֙דֶל֙ gōdel ɡoh-DEL
heart לְבַ֣ב lēbāb lay-VAHV
of the king מֶֽלֶךְ melek meh-LEK
of Assyria, אַשּׁ֔וּר ʾaššûr ah-SHOOR
and וְעַל ʿal al
the glory תִּפְאֶ֖רֶת tipʾārâ teef-ah-RA
of his high ר֥וּם rûm room
looks. עֵינָֽיו׃ ʿayin ah-YEEN
