Isaiah 11 - WEB (Punjabi)

1 There shall come forth a shoot out of the stock of Jesse, and a branch out of his roots shall bear fruit.ਅਮਨ ਦਾ ਰਾਜਾ ਆ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਇੱਕ ਛੋਟਾ ਰੁੱਖ (ਬੱਚਾ) ਯੱਸੀ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਢੇ (ਪਰਿਵਾਰ) ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਉੱਗਣਾ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਉਹ ਸ਼ਾਖ ਯੱਸੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਜਢ਼ਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਉੱਗੇਗੀ।

2 The Spirit of Yahweh shall rest on him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of Yahweh.ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦਾ ਆਤਮਾ ਉਸ ਬੱਚੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਆਤਮਾ ਸਿਆਣਪ, ਸਮਝਦਾਰੀ, ਅਗਵਾਈ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਅਤੇ ਆਤਮਾ ਇਸ ਬੱਚੇ ਦੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਕਰੇਗਾ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਣੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦਾ ਆਦਰ ਕਰੇਗਾ।

3 His delight shall be in the fear of Yahweh; and he shall not judge after the sight of his eyes, neither decide after the hearing of his ears;ਇਹ ਬੱਚਾ ਡਰੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੀ ਇੱਜ਼ਤ ਕਰੇਗਾ, ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਆਧਾਰ ਤੇ ਨਿਆਂ ਨਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰੇਰੇਗਾ ਜੋ ਉਹ ਵੇਖਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਾਂ ਜੋ ਉਹ ਸੁਣਦਾ।

4 but with righteousness shall he judge the poor, and decide with equity for the humble of the earth; and he shall strike the earth with the rod of his mouth; and with the breath of his lips shall he kill the wicked.ਉਹ ਗਰੀਬ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਨਿਰਪੱਖਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਇਮਾਨਦਾਰੀ ਨਾਲ ਨਿਆਂ ਕਰੇਗਾ। ਜਦੋਂ ਉਹ ਧਰਤੀ ਦੇ ਗਰੀਬ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਕੁਝ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਨਿਆਂ ਕਰੇਗਾ ਤਾਂ ਬੇਲਾਗ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਜੇ ਉਹ ਇਹ ਨਿਆਂ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰ ਪੈਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ ਫ਼ੇਰ ਉਹ ਆਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ ਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰ ਪਵੇਗੀ। ਜੇ ਉਹ ਇਹ ਨਿਆਂ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਆਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਮੰਦੇ ਲੋਕ ਮਾਰੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ। ਨੇਕੀ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਰਪੱਖਤਾ ਇਸ ਬੱਚੇ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਦੇਵੇਗੀ। ਇਹ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਕਮਰ ਕਸੇ ਵਾਂਗ ਹੋਣਗੀਆਂ।

5 Righteousness shall be the belt of his waist, and faithfulness the belt of his loins.

6 The wolf shall dwell with the lamb, and the leopard shall lie down with the kid; and the calf and the young lion and the fattened calf together; and a little child shall lead them.ਉਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਬਘਿਆੜ ਵੀ ਲੇਲਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਰਹਿਣਗੇ। ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ੇਰ ਵੀ ਬੱਕਰੀਆਂ ਕੋਲ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਲੇਟੇ ਹੋਣਗੇ। ਵੱਛੇ, ਸ਼ੇਰ ਅਤੇ ਬਲਦ ਆਪਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਰਹਿਣਗੇ। ਇੱਕ ਛੋਟਾ ਬੱਚਾ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਕਰੇਗਾ।

7 The cow and the bear shall feed; their young ones shall lie down together; and the lion shall eat straw like the ox.ਗਾਵਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਰਿੱਛ ਪਸਪਰ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਰਹਿਣਗੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਲੇਟੇ ਹੋਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਦੂਸਰੇ ਨੂੰ ਕੋਈ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਪੁਚਾਣਗੇ। ਸ਼ੇਰ ਗਾਵਾਂ ਵਾਂਗ ਘਾਹ ਖਾਣਗੇ।

8 The sucking child shall play on the hole of the asp, and the weaned child shall put his hand on the adder's den.ਇੱਕ ਬੱਚਾ ਵੀ ਫ਼ਨੀਅਰ ਸੱਪ ਦੀ ਖੱਡ ਕੋਲ ਖੇਡ ਸੱਕੇਗਾ। ਬੱਚਾ ਜ਼ਹਿਰੀਲੇ ਸੱਪ ਦੀ ਖੱਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣਾ ਹੱਥ ਪਾ ਸੱਕੇਗਾ।

9 They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain; for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of Yahweh, as the waters cover the sea.ਇਹ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਇਹ ਦਰਸਾਉਂਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਇੱਥੇ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ-ਕੋਈ ਬੰਦਾ ਵੀ ਕਿਸੇ ਦੂਸਰੇ ਨੂੰ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਪੁਚਾਵੇਗਾ। ਮੇਰੇ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਪਰਬਤ ਦੇ ਲੋਕ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤਬਾਹ ਕਰਨਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਲੋਚਣਗੇ। ਕਿਉਂ ਕਿ ਲੋਕ ਸੱਚਮੁੱਚ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਣ ਲੈਣਗੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਅੰਦਰ ਉਸਦਾ ਪੂਰਾ ਗਿਆਨ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਪਾਣੀ ਨਾਲ ਭਰਪੂਰ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ।

10 It shall happen in that day, that the root of Jesse, who stands for an ensign of the peoples, to him shall the nations seek; and his resting-place shall be glorious.ਉਸ ਸਮੇਂ, ਉੱਥੇ ਯੱਸੀ ਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਖਾਸ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਇਹ ਬੰਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਝੰਡੇ ਵਰਗਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਇਹ “ਝੰਡਾ” ਸਮੂਹ ਕੌਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਦਰਸਾਏਗਾ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਆਲੇ-ਦੁਆਲੇ ਇੱਕਤ੍ਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਕੌਮਾਂ ਉਸ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਪੁੱਛਣਗੀਆਂ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਹੜੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਕਰਨੀਆਂ ਚਾਹੀਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਸਥਾਨ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਉਹ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਪਰਤਾਪ ਨਾਲ ਭਰ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।

11 It shall happen in that day, that the Lord will set his hand again the second time to recover the remnant of his people, who shall remain, from Assyria, and from Egypt, and from Pathros, and from Cush, and from Elam, and from Shinar, and from Hamath, and from the islands of the sea.ਉਸ ਸਮੇਂ, ਮੇਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਫ਼ੇਰ ਇੱਕ ਵਾਰੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਕੋਲੋ ਪਹੁੰਚੇਗਾ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਰਹਿ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਅਜਿਹਾ ਦੂਸਰੀ ਵਾਰ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਜਦੋਂ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੇ ਅਜਿਹੀ ਗੱਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਉਹ ਲੋਕ ਹਨ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਅੱਸ਼ੂਰ, ਉੱਤਰੀ ਮਿਸਰ, ਦੱਖਣੀ ਮਿਸਰ, ਇਥੋਮੀਆ, ਏਲਾਮ, ਬਾਬਲ, ਹਮਾਬ ਅਤੇ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਦੂਰ ਦੁਰਾਡੇ ਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਚੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ।

12 He will set up an ensign for the nations, and will assemble the outcasts of Israel, and gather together the dispersed of Judah from the four corners of the earth.ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਇਸ ਝੰਡੇ ਨੂੰ ਸਮੂਹ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਸੰਕੇਤ ਵਜੋਂ ਉੱਚਾ ਕਰੇਗਾ। ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਅਤੇ ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣਾ ਦੇਸ਼ ਛੱਡਣ ਲਈ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਰ ਹੋਣਾ ਪਿਆ ਸੀ। ਲੋਕ ਧਰਤੀ ਦੇ ਦੂਰ ਦੁਰਾਡੇ ਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਖਿਲਰ ਗਏ ਸਨ। ਪਰ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਕੱਠਾ ਕਰੇਗਾ।

13 The envy also of Ephraim shall depart, and those who vex Judah shall be cut off: Ephraim shall not envy Judah, and Judah shall not vex Ephraim.ਉਸ ਸਮੇਂ, ਇਫ਼ਰਾਈਮ ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਨਾਲ ਈਰਖਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰੇਗਾ। ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਦੇ ਕੋਈ ਦੁਸ਼ਮਣ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਣਗੇ ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਇਫ਼ਰਾਈਮ ਨੂੰ ਦੁੱਖ ਨਹੀਂ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ।

14 They shall fly down on the shoulder of the Philistines on the west; together shall they despoil the children of the east: they shall put forth their hand on Edom and Moab; and the children of Ammon shall obey them.ਪਰ ਇਫ਼ਰਾਈਮ ਅਤੇ ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਫ਼ਿਲਸਤੀਨੀਆਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਹਮਲਾ ਕਰਨਗੇ।ਉਹ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਪੂਰਬੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਦੌਲਤ ਲੁੱਟਣਗੇ। ਇਫ਼ਰਾਈਮ ਅਤੇ ਯਹੂਦਾਹ, ਅਦੋਮ, ਮੋਆਬ ਅਤੇ ਅੰਮੋਨ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਹਕੂਮਤ ਕਰਨਗੇ।

15 Yahweh will utterly destroy the tongue of the Egyptian sea; and with his scorching wind will he wave his hand over the River, and will strike it into seven streams, and cause men to march over in sandals.ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਕਹਿਰਵਾਨ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਮਿਸਰ ਦੇ ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਨੂੰ ਵੰਡ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਉਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ, ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਫ਼ਰਾਤ ਨਦੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਬਾਂਹ ਲਹਿਰਾਏਗਾ। ਉਹ ਨਦੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਵਾਰ ਕਰੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਨਦੀ ਸੱਤ ਛੋਟੇ ਨਾਲਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੰਡੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਇਹ ਛੋਟੀਆਂ ਨਦੀਆਂ ਡੂੰਘੀਆਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਣਗੀਆਂ ਲੋਕੀਂ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਦੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਜੁੱਤੀਆਂ ਸਮੇਤ ਪਾਰ ਕਰ ਸੱਕਿਆ ਕਰਨਗੇ।

16 There shall be a highway for the remnant of his people, who shall remain, from Assyria; like as there was for Israel in the day that he came up out of the land of Egypt.ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਉਹ ਲੋਕ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਬਚ ਗਏ ਹਨ, ਅੱਸ਼ੂਰ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਨਿਕਲਣ ਦਾ ਰਾਹ ਲੱਭ ਲੈਣਗੇ। ਇਹ ਸਮਾਂ ਉਹੋ ਜਿਹਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਜਦੋਂ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਸਰ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਲੈ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ।
