ਗੁੱਸੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਆ ਕੇ, ਬਾਬਲ ਦੇ ਰਾਜੇ ਨੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰਿਆ। ਉਹ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰਨੋ ਕਦੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਟਿਆ। ਉਸ ਬੁਰੇ ਹਾਕਮ ਨੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਗੁੱਸੇ ਨਾਲ ਹਕੂਮਤ ਕੀਤੀ। ਉਹ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੁੱਖ ਦੇਣ ਤੋਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਟਲਿਆ।
