ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਿਆਂ ਪਾਲਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਫ਼ੇਰ ਸਿਆਣਪ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਹਕੂਮਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਨੇ। ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਦੇ ਦਰਵਾਜ਼ਿਆਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਲੜਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ।
