ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦਾ ਆਤਮਾ ਇੱਕ ਮਹਾਂ ਨਦੀ ਵਰਗਾ ਹੈ। ਗਲ-ਗਲ ਤਾਂਈਁ ਚੜ੍ਹਦਾ ਹੋਇਆ। ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਕੌਮਾਂ ਦਾ ਨਿਆਂ ਕਰੇਗਾ। ਇਹ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਬੇਕਾਰ ਝਾਨਣੀ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਜਾਂਚਣ ਵਾਂਗ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਉਹ ਇੱਕ ਨੱਬ, ਕੌਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਜਬਾੜਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾਵੇਗਾ, ਜੋ ਜਾਨਵਰਾਂ ਤੇ ਕਾਬੂ ਰੱਖਦੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਤਬਾਹੀ ਵੱਲ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਕਰੇਗਾ।

shall reach to the midst יֶֽחֱצֶ֔ה ḥāṣâ ha-TSA
to sift לַהֲנָפָ֥ה nûp noof
the nations גוֹיִ֖ם gôy ɡoy
with the sieve בְּנָ֣פַת nāpâ na-FA
of vanity: שָׁ֑וְא šow shove
and a bridle וְרֶ֣סֶן resen reh-SEN
causing to err. מַתְעֶ֔ה tāʿâ ta-AH
in עַ֖ל ʿal al
the jaws לְחָיֵ֥י lĕḥî leh-HEE
of the people, עַמִּֽים׃ ʿam am
