Isaiah 40:24
ਉਹ ਹਾਕਮ ਪੌਦਿਆਂ ਵਰਗੇ ਹਨ, ਉਹ ਧਰਤੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਬੀਜੇ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਪਰ ਇਸਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਜਢ਼ਾਂ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਧਰਤੀ ਅੰਦਰ ਲਾ ਦੇਣ, ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ “ਪੌਦਿਆਂ” ਉੱਤੇ ਵਗਦਾ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਉਹ ਮੁਰਦਾ ਅਤੇ ਖੁਸ਼ਕ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਨੇ, ਤੇ ਹਵਾ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਉਡਾਕੇ, ਤਿਨਕਿਆਂ ਵਾਂਗੂ ਦੂਰ।
