ਕਿਸ ਨੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਯਾਕੂਬ ਅਤੇ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੀ ਦੌਲਤ ਲੁੱਟਣ ਦਿੱਤੀ? ਇਸਦੀ ਇਜਾਜ਼ਤ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਨੇ ਦਿੱਤੀ! ਅਸੀਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ਼ ਪਾਪ ਕੀਤਾ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਜਾਜ਼ਤ ਦੇ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਉਹ ਸਾਡੀ ਦੌਲਤ ਲੈ ਜਾਣ। ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਜਿਉਣਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਚਾਹਿਆ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੀ ਰਜ਼ਾ ਸੀ। ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਸਦੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੁਣੀ।
