ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਦੇ ਪਹਿਰੇਦਾਰ ਹੋਕਰੇ ਦੇਣਾ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਹ ਮਿਲਕੇ ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਮਨਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ! ਕਿਉਂ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਹਰ ਕੋਈ, ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੂੰ ਸੀਯੋਨ ਪਰਤਦਿਆਂ ਦੇਖਦਾ ਹੈ।
