Isaiah 8:11
ਯਸਾਯਾਹ ਨੂੰ ਚੇਤਾਵਨੀ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਮਹਾਨ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਮੇਰੇ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲ ਕੀਤੀ। ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੂਸਰੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਵਾਂਗ ਨਾ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਚੇਤਾਵਨੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ,

| and instructed | וְיִסְּרֵ֕נִי | wĕyissĕrēnî | veh-yee-seh-RAY-nee |
| walk not should I that me | מִלֶּ֛כֶת | milleket | mee-LEH-het |
| way the in | בְּדֶ֥רֶךְ | bĕderek | beh-DEH-rek |
| of this | הָֽעָם | hāʿom | HA-ome |
| people, | הַזֶּ֖ה | hazze | ha-ZEH |
| saying, | לֵאמֹֽר׃ | lēʾmōr | lay-MORE |
