Joel 2:19
ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਕਾਫ਼ੀ ਅਨਾਜ, ਮੈਅ ਅਤੇ ਤੇਲ ਭੇਜਾਂਗਾ। ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਹੋਰਨਾਂ ਕੌਮਾਂ ਦਰਮਿਆਨ ਹੋਰ ਵੱਧੇਰੇ ਸ਼ਰਮਿੰਦਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਣ ਦੇਵਾਂਗਾ।

| you | לָכֶם֙ | lākem | la-HEM |
| corn, | אֶת | ʾet | et |
| and wine, | הַדָּגָן֙ | haddāgān | ha-da-ɡAHN |
| oil, and | וְהַתִּיר֣וֹשׁ | wĕhattîrôš | veh-ha-tee-ROHSH |
| and ye shall be satisfied | וְהַיִּצְהָ֔ר | wĕhayyiṣhār | veh-ha-yeets-HAHR |
| therewith: | וּשְׂבַעְתֶּ֖ם | ûśĕbaʿtem | oo-seh-va-TEM |
| no will I and | אֹת֑וֹ | ʾōtô | oh-TOH |
| more | וְלֹא | wĕlōʾ | veh-LOH |
| make | אֶתֵּ֨ן | ʾettēn | eh-TANE |
| reproach a you | אֶתְכֶ֥ם | ʾetkem | et-HEM |
| among the heathen: | ע֛וֹד | ʿôd | ode |
| חֶרְפָּ֖ה | ḥerpâ | her-PA | |
